The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Stocked w/ basic amenities. Check in was easy.

I could really smell the bleach. That created a bit of a headache for me, but it also let me know that things were clean.

"I had a pleasant holiday stay"

The staff was helpful and friendly, location was ok but noisy on the main highway. The staff answered all my questions and looked stuff up for me because it was a holiday nothing was really open. I really wanted hot water for my tea but the water dispenser wasnt working then the young man at front desk fixed it and got it working and made my day! They could do a little better with breakfast some healthier options. I brought my own food and used the toaster and hot water. thank you Im grateful that you offered anything at all.

cleanliness. There was sticky stuff on the surface next to bed and the TV stand that I cleaned when I first arrived .and the base of the bed has some white stuff splatered on it I didnt want to guess at what that was? I do yoga so I was on my mat when I noticed it. I have a very healthy back and yet the mattress was not very comfortable.... I am grateful to have a place to stay last minute on a holiday.

Everything but staff communication

When I checked out I was charged double. I got upset and they changed the price again and still changed more. . So rude. There was no communication . I even saw the manager there on Friday, she didn't even ask about anybody stay. Quiet on her computer in front lobby. Price I paid was very wrong. I didn't even get my receipt when I paid first night in Cash.
