Visibly Unclean sink, sketchy people lurking around

WHY IS IT CHEAP? BECAUSE IT NASTY!!! STAY AT FOSSIL INN OR IN HAYS . I didn't eat the breakfast it didn't look like they served much plus obviously they don't give a hoot about there motel because it's nasty. I diffently not going to eat the breakfast Couldn't give it a below 1

The location was easy to find and within walking distance to several restaurants. The place was clean. The front desk lady was very nice once she came. I think they are in the process of renovating. Somethings were new, others needed repair.

I had trouble getting anyone to come to the front desk and give me a key. Since your app asked for a time I was disappointed that they weren't at least watching for me. They rented rooms to loud people the second night who talked loudly outside until one am. A car alarm went off multiple times. My second night was not good. The breakfast was not as pictured in the ads.

It was fine. Breakfast a bit disappointing. Room was fine. Staff was fine. Price was good.

Very convenient to highway with easy check in. Building looks in poor condition but the room was fine. Bed very comfortable and clean.

Wet unfriendly

in the morning there was a huge blood stain outside our door. i couldn't wait to move on.
