I liked the location

Where to start! The floor is under construction - so dust everywhere! It was way too hot - even with the heat off and the window open. The beds are hard and not comfortable at all. The room was recently renovated and as a result - dust everywhere - even under the beds. The phone in the room was not working, the only ice machine in the building, did not work for our entire stay. Children of guests from upper floors were running through the hallways and knocking on doors. There were spiders in the shower and silverfish in the bathroom all the time. We tried the whirlpool tub and it was not working - so we gave up. Not all plugs in the room worked.

Nothing, from the moment we got there,we ve absolutely not fell welcome.Staf would give us dirty looks,no smile,not friendly and even very next morning we where told are room was rented and we would have to leave.I explain that are rwversations where done for a week,then they said ..Sorry but you need to leave by 11am it was rented.Then she explained to me that when we brought in our bags night before she maid us out to be making so much noise.We called and mentioned to receptionist that we will be in late and we had boxes with clothes we needed to carry up she said there was no problem.Next morning they lied to us saying are room was rented and was never rented,the direction said that with a smile on her face.We felt like shit... Every time,we went outside for cigarette they would look at us from office window and giving us a dirty look.She even told us ,when contracteur rent rooms they need take the boots off not to make or dirty staircase.....I had my 2 cats with us,Wich they knew and we payed xtra for them being there,so we asked if we could do our own cleaning during are stay cause are cats where very stressed.Reception calls and says where sending someone to clean room... person came did one little part floor and left on staircase whispering to receptionist and after said that's it!Never would I recommend this place never a smile on any employee there ,worse Hotel in Brossard.
