Lack of attention to detail with cleaning. Floor had a greasy residue and was dirty. Room had a strong pine sol scent

The property was really nice. I didn't like that the pool was near the road, even though it was gated in. The rooms were excellent & spacious. We will return again to this hotel. The cleaning staff was very good and the rooms were very clean.

This hotel is probably a 6/10. No complaints, other than loud music in the parking lot. Overall adequate accommodations for the price.

The room looked fairly clean. The side entrance door was always unlocked. That felt unsafe. Especially since the men walking down the street and hanging around looked sketchy. I needed another blanket one night and I was given one with STAINS. The lady working the front desk was nice.

Needed a place to stay overnight for another stay at the beach. Satisfactory fulfilled our need. Clean, hospital not generously friendly staff. Doors left open for the vacant rooms. Rated 3 stars as the pillows were square for King size bed and advertised with free breakfast but only has yogurt, coffee and tea.

My first time in Panama, staff was pleasant but didn’t feel safe with room door, it was loose and hard to close. Definitely not worth the PRICE! Beds very HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE especially for the rates we paid.

Don’t stay at this property! For the price was great yes but spend the extra to sleep comfortably! It smelt like weed in the rooms and halls and soon as you walk in the room it smelt like animal pee. And the mattress on the pullout bed was so gross had stains and mold and the blankets had like burn stains and other stains on the sheets! The floors were constantly slippery never dry. Highly don’t recommend this property till they do some type of changes.

“Breakfast” was 4 cups of yogurt in a mini fridge and a dispenser of instant coffee. Clean room smelled great. No microwave in room as promised.

Was here 3 weeks for work. Housekeeping would come in and take dirty towels and not leave any clean ones, as well wouldn’t empty trash. The gentleman that works afternoons is of no help at all every time we went down and asked for clean towels he would roll his eyes. People in hallways yelling and screaming most of the night.
