Days Inn by Wyndham Oak Grove/Ft. Campbell

Nice size room for the 2 queen. Clean. Quiet location and safe. Friendly attentive staff. Very accommodating whenever needed-even the kiosk employees are personal and will answer questions and willing to help with all requests. Great management and they take pride in the brand.

Bad smell of cigarettes and humidity, dirty bathroom and shower with garbage from previous guests I was in room #120 and the guy in room #119 apparently lives there and the two nights I was there he played loud music at 4 am or 5am in the morning when he got up and accelerated his work car and a lot of noise and disorder

It was a convinient location. I described before and will say again it just lacks a little bit of personal touch with the checkin process being a person on screen instead of someone at the front desk. The room loked clean but actually the floors and some surfaces were not as clean as they should have been. The floors seemed to not have had a good mopping in a long while. Other then that its a convenient location with a fast food restaurant and gas station near by.

Our room at Days Inn was very dirty. The entire bathroom, including the toilet, were disgusting. The floor in the whole room looked and felt like it had never been cleaned. I will never stay at this hotel again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else, either.

Staff / kiosk with live agent, (with someone advising words to speak) Room/presentable, bathroom door stuck to open, And you get stuck to use it. Parking lot full of police cars, lobby police officer. Asked to cancel Saturday night. Checked out next day wirh kiosk agent. But seems like tgey didn't process

Check-in was weird but effective. Associate was in another room or location and talking through a kiosk.

I have stayed at this property before and was very surprised to find there was no desk clerk, when I went in to register. The remote video desk clerk was very hard to understand, my most used answer to a question was " Sorry can you repeat that, I couldn't understand you." This remote video desk clerk took close to three times longer to check me in, then the in person desk clerk the last time I stayed at the property. The remote video desk clerk had trouble getting me two room keys. When I reached my room, the keys did not work. I returned to the remote video desk clerk and requested a key that would work. The remote video desk clerk contacted his supervisor and some time; I was given two more keys. I returned to my room and again the keys did not work. I returned to remote video desk clerk and requested a different room and keys that worked. While I waited the remote video desk clerk again contacted his supervisor and after about fifteen minutes gave me a different room and a key. I went to the new room and again the key did not work. I returned to the remote video desk clerk and again requested a different room and a key that worked. Again, the process took about fifteen minutes and a consult with the supervisor. This time the key worked, and I was able to enter my room. I was not impressed nor happy with the remote video desk clerk. Having an in-person desk clerk is much easier and faster to deal with, then someone hundreds or thousands of miles away.

Bathrooms are seriously out dated.

Parking

The new kiosk is very impersonal. Breakfast needed to have more options. Room smelled musty and had water damage. Bathroom door was about to fall off and very hard to open. The pool was closed before labor day.
