Room was not clean and the TV did not work
I enjoyed my stay! I will return very, very soon. I just wished that my stay was much longer, and It wasn't just for business. It's just that the snow was effecting my stay when I was there. I would love to be there in the summer.
Yes the motel is being renovated. But the room that I stayed in was horrendous. Furniture inadequate no knobs on the dressers. Chairs wobbly as though if you sit in it wrong you will end up on the floor. Poorly cleaned, roaches and bed bugs. Woke up one night with roach crawling across my leg.

We needed a place for a fast overnight after attending an event at the Addison Farm at Elon. This Days Inn was only 15 minutes away, which was great for driving to this hotel in the dark after the event. The room was functional and clean with convenient parking. I did not see any bugs. The bed was comfortable and the frig worked. We were told renovations were going on and so on that day she advised not to drink the water as it had been off earlier. Luckily we had brought bottled water! (The water in the bathroom worked fine, fyi.) The mini-coffeemaker worked but for some reason only decaf packets were provided. Again, I had brought my own instant so I just heated the bottled water. We had to fool around with the remote settings a bit to make the TV work but it finally did. For the excellent price we did not, and should not, expect luxury and we felt safe, though probably wouldn't be walking around a lot there in the dark (a good rule in general). The hotel is very well-lit. There was no breakfast due to COVID but there is coffee in the check-in area. The staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. I thought it was kind of the employee to warn us about the water that day. She also made sure to give us the lower level room we requested. Happy with the brief visit and would stay again if going to same venue due to close proximity.
I was assigned a smoking room and thought I had requsted a non-smoking!
The room smelled like piss and the tv didn't work well and there was no wash clothes for a shower and they said there was supposed to be a complimentary breakfast and there wasn't.....i will never stay there again
This hotel is old and run down. In serious need of a renovation. Everything in my room was worn down and needed to be replaced. Zero ⭐️.
There was used soap and shampoo in the shower. The room smelled like smoke & had an ashtray...called the front desk and told him I have asthma I can't be around smoke like this and he said sorry, it is a non smoking room. I informed him of the ashtray. I couldn't stay another night and they would not do anything to change my reservation since I booked thru Hotels.com and he did not even apologize or offer another room. Parking lot is very dark
Extremely dirty. Only stay if you have no other options.
