I didn't like it because I went to check in and they said I didn't have a reservation!! Expedia took my money and the guy at day's inn said I was not on his books. This ruined my hole vacation, I'm very angry with days in, and if Expedia does not refund my money I'm going to raise HELL!!!!

Couldn’t stay at Quality in as usual. Due to Priceline messing up my reservation. However when I stopped by the front desk the associate was so friendly. Great management. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. Great clean rooms. You can tell housekeeping goes the extra mile. I highly recommend this property. For the price the rooms were clean, beds comfortable, staff great customer service attitude.
Great service and very clean room. Front desk staff was great and especially Jay the manager. Thank you all for the great hospitality. Very clean rooms and great value for the money.will definitely return and highly recommend. 10 out of 10 stars.

I don't expect much from a 2 star hotel, but cleaning is a basic task. When entering the bathroom for the first time there was urine on the toilet seat and on the wall, the shower curtain looked like it hadn't been cleaned or replaced in at least 5 years and for some reason a towel was already in the tub floor. I didn't risk looking at the coffee maker or microwave, just avoided the surfaces I could. Lucky this was a brief stay, would not return to this location.
Not so good, the room is not clean and the breakfast is very limited.

I’m certain I requested a non smoking room. She put us in a room that obviously had a smoker. When I went to the desk to complain she said all the rooms are non smoking. Wrong. Fortunately she moved us to a non smoking room.
