Bathroom had hair all over floor!

Wasn’t not clean enough

The convince of being in town was great. There are plenty of stores and places to eat. There is a local park with many walking trails for our dogs and we found that amazing. The room had everything needed such as a fridge and microwave. The dog area at the hotel was cute and convenient as well, and very cleaned up.

Well .. the fridge cooling knob to control the temperature was ripped out so we couldn't adjust it. It froze everything we put in it. The microwave didn't actually heat anything up unless you cooked it for an excessive amount of time. The beds ... They move very easily and make a lot of noise, even just from adjusting at night. The TV had white lines going up and down the screen making it a bit annoying to watch ... But the real issue. The bathroom. They do a quick wipe down. They don't scrub. The hairdryer, full of someone else's hair on the back. The iron had dust on it from the early 2000s. The iron board had stains on it ... Brown and white. But the shower. Worst of all. The curtain needed to be replaced a year ago. It's slimy and had various colored spots all over the bottom. An if you try to take a photo. It high lights the grime across the bottom where it leans against the tub. Just change the curtain once and a while. But also, scrub the tub. It felt like someone's hair gel was all over the floor of the tub. The tiles had grim on them from not being scrubbed ... The shower head needed a really really good scrub .... An the water pressure was almost non existent. Other than that beware that if your neighbors or if the people upstairs get up at 3am everyday. You hear them. Every sound and every step. They weren't being loud on purpose, it's just the property.

breakfast to get us started for the day, room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, staff nice.

Location was fine.

The people next door were up and LOUD... LLLOUDD until 3am... We had been up since 4:15 that morning before our 10 hr drive there. We needed sleep but couldn't because of the raucous noise in rm 249... We were in 248. The next night, after being warned , the room next door was slightly quieter, we called the front desk, and then they did quiet down somewhat better.
