Quality Inn Gadsden - Attalla

The staff were very down to earth and pleasant and professional.

Looking out the window and simply seeing trucks and industrial areas was not the best.

Nothing was extremely disappointing since this is a usual place to stay. Women at front desk was the only pleasant thing. Breakfast was very bare, food ran out, didn’t get refilled, no juice. No variety.

Had to switch rooms. First room was horrible, sheets had not been changed. They were very dirty hair in the sink. Urine all over the toilet. Burn marks from cigarettes in the comforters. Floor was disgusting. Moldy pillows. Plastic bags taped over the smoke detector. The second room was better, but could have absolutely been cleaned with more attention.

My first stay was perfect, but floors were pretty dirty. Loved the location, firm comfortable beds , great price. No pets unless service animals, which sucked . 2nd stay, perfect, still no pets unless service animals, but floors , still nasty... 3rd stay. Absolutely perfect!! Walked barefoot, still clean feet, no.sticky, black residue . Spotless room. And allows pets now with a small fee . Cleaner and pet friendly!! I love this hotel! Perfect price, location and super friendly staff. Thank you for acknowledging reviews and making improvements!!!! ❤️

Breakfast was ok.

I had to request towels and even when I asked for cleaning services , they weren't done. The worst part was I killed a cockroach right on the counter next to the sink. I wiped it up and disposed of it before my hubby saw it. Trust me, if he had seen it, we probably would have left.

Gas grill under porch…fire hazard. Room was filthy. Door would not lock. No one spoke as we checked out. Started pressure washing walk at 5 a.m. Advertised breakfast…none.
