It had roaches and it smelt bad like smoke a lot of roaches

It is the best no problem and so clean

The check in was good. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. I had read reviews complimenting on the breakfast. WELL breakfast was to be served from 6-9. We arrived at 7:30the only thing available was bread, cold cereal, and one sausage Pattie.. only 1 person in there eating. VERY DISSAPOINTED. No one at the desk to talk to. When I checked out I told them” thanks for the lack of breakfast” he said oh isn’t there anything out there. Shouldn’t he keep an eye on it and know no food was there!!!!

Close to dinner options and beds were very comfortable.

Took a little bit to get the coffee maker to work, but we figured it out.

Very easy to find when you get off the interstate, very quiet off to itself.

Breakfast was pretty good with waffles, fruit, sausage, egg patties, cereal, muffins, bread, yogurt, and more. Since there was no elevator, we chose a handicapped room at check-in. The room was clean, and while there was no hair dryer in the room, the staff brought us a wall-mounted one that we weren't able to mount on the wall. That made it a bit difficult to use. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the internet worked well. Parking was easy, and the woman at the desk was very helpful. The refrigerator worked fine. We didn't use the microwave. The TV worked but the remote had some problems. One of the outlets in the ded light didn’t work, and there were no outlets or USB ports near the beds, only at the desk. Shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were in wall dispensers. There were no drawers for clothes, and the rack for hanging clothes was in the bathroom. No iron or ironing board was provided. The only chair was the chair at the desk. Overall, the room had what we needed, but a few small details made the stay less convenient than it could have been.

Convenience and good value, easy check in and well maintained. Very clean rooms.

We booked a two queen bed room and when we got there (there’s no elevator so we lugged all our luggage up two flights of stairs)there to find out someone was in our room )then to accommodate us we accepted a king bed room they had no other queen beds available and It was a cigarette smoking room when we specified non. cigarette burns on the bedding. There was shady people outside our room. Didn’t feel safe.
