Great place to stay for the weekend

It was okay... the room was okay but poor cleanliness and sheets dust I would not stay there again. It really need so updated.

I ordered 2 double beds, I was charged for 2 double beds ( more money). I received a king bed and a pull out couch. Not one adult wants to sleep on a pull out couch. We went and bought mattress pads to make it semi comfortable. Stained sheets, fridge couldn’t cool our leftovers overnight. The maid walked in at 8am, we didn’t arrive from out of state until 2 am. We were told no other rooms were available, both days we were there. I want a refund for the difference of the room rate. The manager offered a discount if I stayed again..., NO WAY!

I felt it was clean however, we were disappointed that the TV went out in the middle of a movie because they have dish or direct TV as there was a storm and a lot of rain

It was obvious that they failed to clean the bathroom. The shower still had dirty wash cloths in it.

The room had a bad smell,and the rug was dirty.Their was roaches inside the drawers!And the shower was dirty.

Checked in went to our room & it had funny smell & just not clean. This place needs a complete overhaul

Checked in here for some work I was doing in Rose Hill the next day. The young lady at check-in was very friendly and accommodating, the room was larger and offered options I didn't expect (a couch!), the bed was decently comfortable with four (4!) pillows, the water pressure and temperature were good, and the WI-FI was strong and constant. The tub had Jacuzzi jets, but it looked a little tired and mildewy. The microwave, television, and refrigerator seemed decent, but I never used any of them. Parking was not bad, and lots of spots during a weekday stay. The desk and chair in the room were very dated and needed replacing, and the free breakfast was your typical fare (ok coffee plus lots of starchy options - no meat and hard boiled eggs for protein) but there was a Waffle House across the street and a very busy BBQ restaurant in the same parking lot. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area based on a very reasonable rate for the night ($71).

Nice motel, staff very friendly, no cab or Uber service.

The Hitel was so far off the road, I drove past it before I realized that was my location. That is what made it so quiet, according to the parking lot it was filled....but, I did not hear noises from other rooms nor did I external noises from road or other outside activities. Which makes it perfectly located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel needed some maintenance, but it wasn’t dirty. The tub could use some work on the grout and when I looked out my window I could see a pierce of 5he hotel dangling, like a piece of metal eave. The staff was very accommodating, I was booked into a smokers room and requested a change when I found out...the changed immediately without question. The bed was clean and comfortable, I slept well! No hallway noises or sounds from either room on either side of me. Enough places to eat nearby, places I could walk to.
