Great breakfast. So close to the town.

Nice hotel in a small New England village in the Berkshires. Shopping and dining nearby. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The room I reserved was mistakenly given to another person I assume because the check-in protocol did not include checking a photo ID - something that happens almost everywhere else I've stayed. When a solution to this was developed, additional shortcomings arose (e.g. used towels were left in the room and the trash was not emptied). It is not a well-maintained facility and the breakfast area is very small and not able to accommodate the motel guests. Conversational level sounds easily pass through the walls and floors/ceilings. The two staff I interacted with were friendly, but the whole process lacks professionalism. This is

Sign for the Hotel could be bigger or improved lighting. Tree covers sign when dark. Easy to miss entrance when dark if you were not using GPS. Exit no better. Music in lobby in the morning is calming and welcoming. No tv is great!

Great place to stay. Comfortable and cost effective. Close to many places and sites in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and the frig was updated to a larger size, which was nice. There is a bit of a danger with the bathtub. It has a high step in and out of the shower/ tub. Pillows were too soft. There was no neck support.

Location is great value. Clean, but basic. Serves the need!

For the price relative to the surrounding hotels, it was good. The hotel appearance appears a little tired and could use a color upgrade. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, however the bathrooms could use some upgrades and some repairs. Towels are old and need to be upgraded. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Surrounding noise levels is quiet. Room noise levels, not so good as I heard everything from the folk staying above our room. Stay on the 1st floor would be a recommendation. Overall an average motel with great pricing if you want to save some money.

While this property is listed as “two stars,” it is worth it to overlook that rating and give this place a try. If you’re visiting Great Barrington, it is conveniently located right on Main Street, and a minutes walk from the shops and restaurants. There is a huge parking lot, with lots of spots. Additionally, there is a free breakfast offered every morning with your stay…there’s juice, coffee, waffle machine, eggs, sausage and yogurts. Considering how affordable it is per night, a free breakfast is definitely a plus! I would like to give a special shoutout to the concierge Brian at the front desk. He was very amicable and knowledgeable on things to do in the area.
