Purvi was very nice and helpful. The location/view of the lake. Price

Balcony had beer bottles and previously lit cigars laying around. This was disgusting, as my husband and I do not drink or smoke! Also, there was trash on the floor in our room. There was hair in three different locations in the bathroom. The bed was so uncomfortable. When we sat down on it, we could feel metal poking us. It was awful! Then, there was slimy stuff on one of the nightstands. It was, without a doubt, the worst motel we've ever stayed at. Unless you don't mind all the above mentioned stuff, take our advice and pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer. From the outside, the property looked pretty good. But that all changed once we entered the room. To the owner: Don't waste my time responding to this, unless you plan on doing what you originally said you'd do, which is refund our money. Because you had multiple opportunities to respond to Booking.com when they reached out to you for a resolution to our dissatisfaction, yet you ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASIONS, ignored their emails.
