The manager who checked me in was very short with me about my dog. Very unprofessional and not welcoming at all!

Terrible experience. I arrived at 1:00 PM and was told I had to pay $27 for early check-in or wait until 2:00 PM. I chose to wait. When I came back at 2:00 PM — the official check-in time confirmed by the receptionist and stated on my voucher — my room was still not ready. Clearly, the only way to get the room on time was to pay extra, which is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam. To make things worse, the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful. Avoid this place.

No heat in room. Mattress was like a rock. Breakfast had rotten apples and the breakfast sandwiches were not refrigerated.

Couldn't stay because of my harmless baby snake. I would have loved to stay. Good rate, friendly staff and smoking rooms.

Walked into room & before unloading luggage cart, turned on heater ( it was -4° with 30 mph winds) to be greeted with loud noises. Plugged in frig and it didn't work. Tried to call front desk and the room phone didn't work. While waiting for hostess I noticed how unclean the room really was. There was either BBQ sauce, ketchup or blood that had run down the front of drawers/handles and was dried. Floor was not cleaned. I pulled the bedspread back on the bed and it had been slept in without changing the sheets. Nasty! Host came & tried to get phone to work. Maintenance tried to get fridge to work. Hostess left to find another room, we watched her go into 2 rooms and back out. She then informed us that we could not stay there and told us to leave. No problem, just refund my (double billed) room charges and I need a receipt or confirmation # of the transaction. She refused many times stating NO and again told us to leave or the police would be called on us. She refused the refund, we had not unloaded our luggage or used the room. After demanding my receipt a final time, I called the police myself. He came, talked to me, the front desk & the manager and obtained my receipt. We gladly left the "hotel hell" Do not recommend this hotel! I would love to add pictures but this app will not upload the pictures. I can say the lobby looked clean.
