Nothing special! Needs an update. Bathroom way to small but doable for my needs

Convient location. Very clean. Friendly staff.

The beds were alot firmer than we like. And they are on metal platforms that make alot of noise just moving in the bed. No elevator to the 2nd floor so multiple trips with luggage. Bathrooms were super small.

Good location for visiting Eastern Illinois University. Not the best hotel, but it does the trick.

The Temperature on the water didn’t get very hot right away. It was like as the water ran longer that’s when it got hotter which was kind of odd. It could’ve been too that the room wasn’t occupied a lot so the water wasn’t being used a lot.

This stay could not have been better!

This hotel is extremely dated and in desperate need of renovation. The carpets in both the hallways and rooms were dirty, stained, and heavily worn. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable—thin mattresses placed on basic metal frames. I've slept more comfortably on pullout couches. Unfortunately, the condition of the beds wasn’t even the worst part. We discovered a large, disgusting stain on one of the mattresses that had clearly been there for some time. Since it was very late when we returned to the room, we didn’t have the energy to address it with staff right away. The next morning, I showed a photo of the stain to the front desk, and the response was completely apathetic. The woman I spoke with simply said she would tell her boss, with no apology or attempt to make it right. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to stay somewhere else. This place is not worth the money or the discomfort.

Quiet. And I got a decent night's sleep.
