INWe had a very positive experience during our stay here, especially thanks to the incredible staff. I would like to specifically thank Amandeep Ji and Namneet ji for being so kind, cooperative, and supportive when we needed some medical assistance. They went out of their way to help us, made thoughtful exceptions with our check-out time, and ensured all our needs were taken care of during that period. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out and made a difficult situation much easier for us. Thank you for such warm and thoughtful service.

The breakfast eggs were very poor. The rest of the breakfast was ok but they offered plastic cutlery of the lowest quality and paper plates and bowls. Everything place in the bin. What is going on here? Plastic pollution. It is just appalling. Also the phone to ring reception did not work. Replaced after 24 hours. Also the TV had no Guide function. They came back with a printed list of the stations but we were not able to see the content of any given station. Bad. Also the hot water took about 7-10 mins to heat up. This was a known thing at reception but they reacted as though it had been happening for years. Unbelievable waste of water. I could go on but it is too depressing.
