CACAThe staff at the counter and in the dining room were helpful and pleasant. The mattress was comfortable and the AC worked well.
Upon arriving at the hotel it was very obvious the toilet hadnât been cleaned. The room had only one paper cup even though we were a party of 2. The carpet was heavily stained. The room was extremely dated. There were only 3 pillows and one bar of soap (the soap would have been fine, except the shower and the sink were in separate rooms. The bathtub had no stopper so we could only shower, not bath. The carpet in the hallway was very wrinkled, posing a huge tripping hazard. There were also buckets in the hallway catching water that was leaking through the ceiling. The breakfast was ok considering it was included, but the eggs were a very weird texture - like theyâd been pre-cooked and frozen. The dining room was extremely wasteful - all the dishes, cups, cutlery were disposable, and the cutlery itself was plastic.

The pool area and hallways were dirty. There was only one person working the check-in desk and the line was long. You were asked to get pool towels from the front desk but I was not willing to wait.

In my room the hair dryer didnât work. There was another on the shelf but I didnât see it until someone came to help. Not a real problem.

The cleanliness was not there, my shower wasnât cleaned. Left over empty complimentary soap. Thankfully I had my own cleaning things to do it over. The pool area was also not clean at all. Pictures do not do justice for the actually state of things
