"Things need fixed"

The lady in the office was friendly

The tub had no plug, the faucet and shower head all had a thick layer of calcium built up so I couldn't use it. The door to the bathroom was destroyed, obviously a dog destroyed it. The phone not only didn't work. But was physically broken.

"Would not book here ever again."

Close to the river.

Roaches, dirty rooms, my family and I booked a total of 4 rooms. They were all dirty , hair on the sheets blood in the sink. Roaches. Staff gave us 3 towels for a room with 4 people & gave a hard time when asked for more towels. Comp breakfast is literally oatmeal and cereal also end super early

It was very unclean. Stains on the sheets and the floor was not clean. The bathtub and bathroom were very dirty. Slept in my clothes to ensure I didn’t touch the sheets
