Gateway Hotel

it was a worst experience you could ever imagine. They have hidden fees as soon as you walk in and make you pay $100 deposit I was baffled because it doesn’t say anything like that on the website and parking is not first day per night so beware in the bathroom window not that clean we we had bugs in there. It used to be a day cop inn to watch out on that too

I booked with another hotel and my reservation was cancelled without reason. I called this place and was able to get a room in 30 mins. Literally a life saver!

Clean room reasonable

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was ok but each morning I found a small roach in the bathroom

It was advertised as a hotel but it was a motel. Our room reeked of pot. The towels had yellow stains, and black hair on them. We also had to pay $10 per day for parking. Do not stay here.

Very basic no frills accommodation lobby not air condition. No tissues in room to blow your nose. It is a motel not hotel two story outside your room parking spaces

Nice staff but it’s kinda dirty on the insides.

They say it’s a hotel but this is a motel and the keys said days Inn on them. The room was disgusting. It was dirty and smelled bad. I found dead bugs near the bed. Holes in the wall. All kinds of stuff. They misrepresented who they were and have pictures that are different than the rooms. I didn’t even stay. I left 5 minutes after I walked in and NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK AT ALL. Hilton would never. these people had nerves to have a one hundred dollar security hold fee just like Hilton and look at the difference. Are you kidding me? Never again. Gross.
