Very old property but it's well cleaned and kept sanitized. The day we arrived, they had a broken AC and it was very hot in the main lobby and common area.

We arrived at 5:30 pm and our room wasn't ready (when check-in is 4:00 pm). We requested to modify our stay by one night on 8/4, two days before cancellation or changes could be made, and were told by Expedia the hotel rejected the request. The representative we spoke with at Expedia told us to ask the hotel check-in clerk when we arrived and were told because we booked through a third party he couldn't do anything for us, we would have to make that change through them. Not sure who is lying to us here. In general, this was not a satisfactory experience at all.

i wanted to separate the room charges into the 2 folks that occupied the rooms, i did not want to pay for all the rooms.that was unable to be changed.
