Overall, the property was good. My room had not been updated, other than new luxury plank vinyl flooring. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast area needed attention. (Mostly restocking items, cleaning tables)

Nice, clean room. Quiet. Trees outside my window provided a nice view rather than neighboring buildings. Good towels. The shower head is rather low, for anybody who is tall. Would stay here again. 12 minutes away from Houghton Lake, and right off the freeway.

The tub wouldn't drain, as you showered in standing dirty water. The sofa had rips in several places. The furniture was from the 70's. The free continental breakfast until 10 am was pathetic , by 9am most everything was gone.
