Everything about this stay was awful. When we got to our room, it smelled heavily like cigarettes. The bedsheets had stains, the bathroom smelled bad, the floor was sticky, the TV didn’t work, WIFI didn’t work, and there was even a fly in the room. The AC was blowing air that also smelled like cigarettes. The cleanliness of the hotel overall was honestly a 0/10. The entire place smelled really bad, and there were homeless people all around the hotel, which made us feel uncomfortable. Then around 12:30 in the morning, I got a call from the front desk. It was an Indian lady who had literally seen me check in earlier with the receptionist, but she called acting like we somehow put ourselves in the room. She was rude and kept questioning our reservation, saying they didn’t have our name on file, even though she admitted she was the same employee who saw us check in. What made it worse was that after I explained how disgusting the room was, she didn’t care at all or even try to move us to another room. She just kept asking questions about the reservation. Also, the pictures they have of the hotel DO NOT match the actual rooms at all, so don’t be fooled. This was honestly the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

No había mucha variadad en el desayuno y a veces no las reponían cuando se acababan las cosas. Baño pequeño.

Room was dirty. Toliet leaked and flooded the room. I had to mop it up at 5:30am. With one towel.

We booked two rooms but they can't find our reservation when we checked in. We finally were able to check in and have our key cards but at 1AM staff started banging on our doors thinking we were homeless. It shows lack of organization and poor communication among staff. Unfortunately, the nightmare doesn't end there. They overcharged our stay and would only give us a partial refund and now I have to escalate the issue to my credit card company. Communication with staff is extremely difficult as they cant express their selves well.

Everything. Too many people hanging out in the parking lot. Didn’t seem safe.

Free breakfast

Homeless people in thenproperty premises. Shower no water. Staff not providing invoice after multiple calls and even after they said multiple times that they are going to send it via email.

I didn't realize Wyndham had such rundown hotels as this one ,I've always stayed at nice ones and thought that Wyndham was a very reputable place , had I have known this one was so run down and slummish I would have found another hotel, very disappointed with this place lucky for me it was just for one night I glad I didn't choose the whole week ..
