"I've been to some cheaper hotels and never experienced one this bad!"

Absolutely nothing.

I booked a room that was suppose to have a spa tub, with a king bed, no smoking. When I got to the hotel they said I didn't book that. That there is no spa tub. (Even though I showed her the listing saying SPA). Anyways I except the room, I am 6 hours from home no where else to sleep). She begins to tell me that my room is on the FIFTH floor. And their elevator is "broken". We get to the room. And find mold, spider webs, bugs, dirty bedding, liquid substance on the walls, smells like smoke! So finally we get moved to the second room, a little better but the door didn't lock, and it was a conjoining room and they left the other room's door unlocked so we could literally just go to the next room over.

Did NOT STAY!!!Pay attention to reviews- location has been turned into an economy apartment rental and by the hour -- should NOT be on hotels.com. To each his own, strong marijuana in lobby. stained bedding, chairs... verifying refund. Check in rep very accomodating....
