"Horror hotel"

Absolutely nothing

The room I reserved was not available. I was assigned a room with no shower curtain and no lighting. Reassigned another room with no a/c. The third room was somewhat comfortable but when we showered in the morning the entire room flooded. We were forced to look for other accommodations at another hotel in El Paso. Recommend Booking.Com remove Days Inn West from their list. I purchased insurance so what happens next since I experienced a terrible inconvenience?

"NOT JUST NO BUT HELL NO"

Nothing I paid 80 for a nasty room. The bathtub was freaking clogged. Just nasty. O asked to be moved to a different room and the attendant was not having it.

Please unless your homeless broke and have nowhere else to stay steering clear of this chit hole. BOOKING SHOULD NOT EVEN ADVERTISE SUCH A PLACE.
