"Publican fotos de un lugar y cuando llegas no son las fotos es un lugar viejo y sucio"

La ubicación

Lugar sucio con focos quemados con telarañas en las lámparas TV no funcionaban alfombra sucio ustedes publican unas fotos en su app y no son las fotos el lugar completamente diferente es una estafa muy mal el servicio, colchones con la base rota no pésimo lugar no tuve que más hacer que quedarme todo estaba lleno mala experiencia no le recomiendo a nadie

We were unable to turn heat off and it was 80 degrees everyday. Bunk bed was not upto standards, I think it was super old . No one picked up the phone at Hyatt to get us a shuttle . No Hyatt points as the room was booked via Expedia, they did not seem to happy booking via Expedia And a few more things

The front desk was super helpful, and went out of their way to help us out! The pool and hot tub area was beautiful and the complex was well kept. We really enjoyed our unit.
