Vail Residences at Cascade Village, a Destination by Hyatt Residence

Simply AMAZING

Nice pool right outside our door. We usually had it to ourselves! Quiet, too. The only real downside was the hide-a-bed for our son. It was extremely slanted…something was defective.

The house was too hot. No air conditioning or fans

Gorgeous property with amazing views. Isolated with disappointing food options. Staff there just to put in their hours, unhelpful. Does not meet Hyatt or Grand Hyatt level of service.

Location of the property was good and nice to have parking as well. Unit was well configured.

This review is more about the issues we had with our booking. We paid for a king room in our booking. When we arrived our room had a queen bed. We went to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do. I contacted Expedia and after 45 minutes of getting no where with someone in India I asked to receive a call from someone in authority. I was assured that I would receive a call in 45 minutes to an hour. Still waiting for that call. I sent an email to Expedia and they replied with an email stating that they were on top of it and would resolve my issue. Still waiting. Expedia used to be my go to but not anymore and I will tell everyone I can to steer clear of them. As far as the room at The Grand Hyatt, if you dont mind a small bedroom and bathroom with a queen bed, it was decent. The Hotel itself( we stayed at the condos next to the Hotel that they manage) is awesome and the ammenities and service is top notch.

It was an amazing stay. We loved the combination of living in an apartment and having access to the hotel at the same time.

Nice facility, great outdoor pools & hot tubs, amazing stuff!

The condo is ok for sleeping 4 or more but only has queen beds. The floors and walls are a bit thin as we could hear every footstep and noise from the condo below and to the side. Well appointed kitchen!
