Dan Accadia Hotel

The hotel was nice and right on the beach. My only complaint is the way two managers handled a situation. I told a manager that we had some money missing from the room. He took my cell number and said he'd get back to me. After three days I still had not heard back from him. I spoke to another manager who said there was no sign of forced entry. When I said I had not heard back from the manager I spoke to, the second manager said they had tried calling me.There were no calls on my cell phone and no calls to the room. I was really disappointed with their customer service.

The facility is old and the price is high. Although it is on the beach but not much to do in the nearby area except a shopping mall. Tel Aviv is a much funner area to stay.

The hotel needs renovation. Waiters, mades at mainly are non professional and level of service is not suit 5 stars requirements inspite top management is nice . Location is excellent. The hotel is one of the best in Israel. But it is not 5 star for sure.

we had a great beach getaway at Hertzlia,hotel staff was very nice,but we were disappointed with the room,and the bathroom needs Updating. Good breakfast,nice pool.

We stay in this hotel 10 years ago and I had good reason to expect the best. Previous stay in this place we enjoy Ritz Carlton less than year ago. It was good but quie a walking to the beach and quite an unusual entrance. Anyway we decided to go back to Dan Accadia. Well there old and quit an smelly carpet was not as pleasant for the price and rate. Rooms are smaller without balcony . Breakfast was good but much less compare with Ritz. Beach was closer but require to bring your towels and pay for the seats cash only. One can expect more from this level of hotel.

Arrived late/early 7am after 24hrs flight with no sleep so I spent all first day trying to sleep. Was woke by staff 3 times wanting access to the room for some reason even if I had Please do not disturb sign. Fire alarm went off 1am the second night for about 45 min so no good sleep that night either. I probably was just unlucky but I'll try some other place next time. Value for money? Absolutely not!
