Friendly staff and clean room, although dated was a very fair value.

Old mattresses and junk piled outside rooms. Carpet in room was stained and dirty looking, as was the furniture (chairs). The room exterior door had damage from being broken into or forced open. The lobby had a lot of suitcases and furniture and such piled everywhere.

Price is right, offers payment by debit. Guys nice enough, but general mess around the property, had to call the desk to have heat turn on.

Building in very poor condition. It is in an attractive location and I suspect the owners are waiting for a redevelopment opportunity which I am sure will come.

I did not like that i developed hives as a result of laying in the bed. It ruined my whole vacation. After we left they did not issue a refund for the bad experience and did not make it right on their end. I will never go back.
