"No help at all"

i had trouble with my truck on the way to the motel and pulled over and called the motel to tell them I wasn't going to get there. The attendant said I should call the travel insurance number and the person who answered the phone basically said i was not due any assistance. don't know why people fall for the scam of buying the insurance policy
