"Overall, for the price, friendliness and acceptance of pets, I was quite pleased with my stay."

I was pleased with the location and the breakfast offering was very good. I haven't found another establishment at the rates that offered biscuits and gravy. It was a very pleasant surprise.

I didn't like that the coffee in the room was awful and no decaf coffee was offered at the breakfast counter. Coffee in the morning is a must.

"Not the best, not the worst"

Location ?

This was the first room we had without carpet, yet it had the dirtiest floor. There was dog hair in the bed and hair in the shower. The staff was not welcoming and sometimes a bit rude, especially the person in charge of breakfast. Come early, or you may not even have plates to eat with, and they make you feel like you need to leave as soon as 9 a.m. hits. I used to work in hotel breakfast service myself, and I always informed guests politely when breakfast was ending.
