USUSTried to cancel on ! January, called hotel. Lady barely spoke English. kept saying me no understand. I was still charged for all three nights

The floor had food on it, the bed smelled like piss, the toilet lid was down and when I opened it, there was pee and toilet paper in the stool that had been there for awhile...the stench was horrible 🤮🤢
