Best Western Atlanta-Marietta Ballpark Hotel

Great location,comfortable bed and great breakfast

Our room was traded without knowing and we ended up with a handicap room that smelt like cigarettes

The breakfast was good. The eggs were a little overcooked but everything else was great and the serving person was very good about keeping things filled. Loved the seasoning on the potatos.

Loved the staff. Room was lovely but they have down pillows Many may love but I'm highly allergic. No complaints from that.

Staff is wonderful and good location.

Room smelled like mold and it hit you hard when you walked through the room door. Upon looking mold was in carpet, ice bin, among other places. TV didn't work. It would cut on but 10 seconds later screen would go black and even though you could hear the tv you could see anything and couldn't even fix issue with remote. The faucet on sink is so small when trying to use it your hands hit the back of sink and water goes all over the counter top because the faucet isnt long enough for water to go into sink to prevent water getting everywhere. Not enough lighting in bathroom or room. Room door didnt seal totally shut. When shut you could still see lots of sunlight and outside lights coming thru all around the top and sides of the door.

The Carpet had stains that looked like blood I would hope not, and the room smelled of marijuana.
