Good location

The linens and towels were worn out instead of been white they were yellowish. They really need to change them

The property is in a fantastic location(just one block from main square). The rooms are large and clean. The building has nice architecture and feels quite historic. This place is a great value and I highly recommend it.

Good location

Terrible facilities and management! No hot water in our room and in most according to staff. It was cold, dark and moldy in the rooms below and we got sick. When we complained about no hot shower the management was rude and did nothing to compensate us. Tried customer service through booking, with no result. This hotel knows they don’t have hot water and do nothing.

very short walk to the Parque Central.Beds could be more comfortable.bathrooms need to be updated.

I loved this place with its polished wooden floors and old world charm. Bed was comfortable, room was big, bathroom was tiny, staff were lovely and the location, right in town but quiet, was the best.

Didn't like the tiny bathroom, but managed and worth it for the price and location.
