"$143 suite for unsatisfactory stay"

I liked the location.

Check-in time was at 3 pm, and I arrived around 8 pm. I checked in, got the key, entered the room, and it was still dirty. I went back to the front desk and told the attendant, and he placed me into a similar room. It was clean, but the jacuzzi had clumps of old hair coming out of the jets. The only reason I booked the room was for the jacuzzi, and it disgusted me. I only stayed because it was late, and I traveled cross state to be there. The morning came, and I checked out. I was told that my $100 deposit would be sent back to my card, and here it is a week later, and I have yet to receive my deposit.
