Water nice and warm,Staff extremenly helpful and warm.They exchanged a gas cylinder for a new full one.

Breakfast could be improved by having some fruits and have something to keep the dining hall warm especially in winter months.

Great facilities including a pool, braai area and use of the kitchen. I was fairly comfortable but it was definately not what I expected.

- The place is a bit run down. - Dried with a towel that tore in half - Little mat for the bathroom had a massive stain on it. Looks like candle wax. - Wifi did not work in the room I was in (room 27) - Only one part of the bed had a electric blanket. We had two 3qrt beds pushed together - The duvet was very short I could either have my shoulders covered or my feet. I asked about this and was told I must use a blanket. Thats not the point! - There was a mixup with my booking. After I explicity requested room 27 when I made the booking and when I arrived was given another room. I did end up in 27 in the end though - The rooms are not sound proof. You can hear the people in the next room move around, cough etc. Sounds like you are in the same room. - Bathroom window does not close properly so there is cold air coming into the room - The gas heater does not work. The button that creates the spark does not work so have to use a lighter to turn it on - Pots and pans in the communal kitchen are in a terrible state. - There are no forks. You have to go into the breakfast room to get forks - The shower floor is slanted at an angle so that the water does not drain so you have to stand in icy cold water while you wait for the shower to heat up

1. The wardrobes are not private. They are Hal done 2. Toiletries were not consistently supplied 3. The breakfast was a disaster: same menu for all the days of your stay 4. Cutlery and amenities were not adequate in the kitchen, and there was nobody to refill or tidy up finished or used crockery or Cutlery 6. My toilet bag was kept by the facility for all the days of my stay, to an extent that I had to purchase another toiletry to an amount of R1000. I thought I had forgotten them at home, only to find that the facility kept them. 7. The facility is accusing us of their missing line. How so, if they didn't conduct the inventory on arrival? 8. The bed mattress is so pleasant and uncomfortable. It makes noise every time you turn 9. The headboard is very uncomfortable, even if you have pillows. You ask them to change the mattress, you are told that there are no spares!

I loved my love. The setup was beautiful and comfortable. The Jacqueline and Mphonyana were of great assistance during my stay.
