Hilton Garden Inn Meridian

We stayed here for one night during a long road trip. The location was right off the interstate, which made it very convenient for a quick stop. Check-in was fast, and the room was clean and quiet. Nothing fancy—no extra amenities or frills—but it served its purpose. Perfectly adequate if you're just looking for a place to sleep and get back on the road. Would stay again for a short stopover.

This facility was nice and clean and we enjoy staying here.

Our room was very dirty and front desk staff really didn’t care. There was dried urine on the outside of the toilet and it took two days and multiple requests to get it cleaned. Bathroom floor was filthy and housekeeping didn’t vacuum. We had to buy a can of Lysol to get rid of the terrible smells.The woman who checked us in had an attitude and when I asked her to have someone clean our toilet she said “the only option available to you is to wait until tomorrow.” So sad as this used to be a really nice property.

Breakfast was not included with the room

The Hampton Inn next door is a better value with rooms being practically identical and well-stocked breakfast being provided at a lesser cost.

The entire building was spotless. Staff made us feel right at home! Beds were so comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

No body wash even after I asked twice. Most the ice machines didn't work. Hot Tub was out of order - sad!!!!! Bar closed July 4th. Sad Pool room was hot- no circulation air in the room. - Shade on window didn't go up - no natural light

I paid extra for this hotel because they advertise a hot tub. There was no indication that the hot tub was out of commission until arrival and check in. The elevator also got stuck and had to take the stairs from the 4th floor. Overall would give this experience 2 stars. And would not recommend.
