I went to front desk to add more days and they said they would not because 4 other rooms that had severe rain damage were moving into un-rented rooms while they fixed the rain damaged rooms ( 3-4 days to fix). The clerk at the front desk was absolutely nasty unprofessional and yelling at me. Why is it (was it) my fault that 3 or 4 of their rooms had rain damage.
