I was meeting my companion there. He has several hours ahead as he lives locally and I was traveling in. When I booked the room and paid online I added his name as t he second occupant. When he arrived he was denied the ability to check in and was escorted off the property. By denying him access the motel essentially canceled my reservation but neither the motel or Booking.com will issue me a refund

I was woken up in the middle of the night by the fire alarm. The fire alarm went off for no reason, Then it turned off after 30seconds. In the morning there were guest shouting & fighting right outside my room they woke me up at 9am . There was dirt plus hair all around the toilet and sink. I wipe my own room down and could tell that all th surfaces hadn’t been disinfected or wiped down before our stay. Not worth $75 a night more like $30 a night

Cleanliness!!! All you had to do a spray n wipe down the room. It appears that all they did was change the sheets and take out all the trash from the room, but you could tell that there was still hair in the sink and dirt on the toilet.

Cancel on both me and a friend (separate reservation) at 7:40pm... we were arriving at 8:30pm and did not check our email while driving...

The room smelled.There was mold around the tub and cigarette burns all over the bathroom vanity .

Easy parking
