Americas Best Value Inn Cedar City

The stay was comfortable but the colors inside the building are gloomy.

There was no staff to check us in they were at another facility. The carpet was moldy and wet smelling. Both beds were sunk in and spring creaky feeling. The shower head was held into place with a towel and duct tape. The Continental breakfast was bread only.

Hoping for a refund

Extremely dirty. Bed had 2x4 homemade frame supporting it. Stains on the mattress. Couldn’t get a different room. Staff extremely hard to work with.

When we arrived, there was no staff available except for a 11 or 12 year-old boy and then his brother came to help who was probably about 15 They couldn’t find our reservation then on the third day the manager knocked once on our door, entered our room without us, opening the door for them And proceeded to tell us that we needed to leave. We still had two more days left on our reservation that we had already paid for. I had to go into my phone show him where we had booked it for four days then he checked his phone found out that I was right needless to say I was pretty mad about him just entering our room without us answering the door for him, and then the TV didn’t work half the time..

Terrible.. mold. Dirty. Disgusting floor. Everything was horrible worst hotel even.
