Baymont by Wyndham Iron Mountain

People that complains with free breakfast must feast at the comfort of their $0/night hotel rooms. This is delish.

Excellent customer service

Absolutely nothing. Needs new management, needs new housekeeper, needs maintenance. Place was disgusting, it's been a month since I've stayed, asked for a refund of some sort and have yet to speak with management when I've been persistent. So I reported this hotel to the better buisness bureau, along with the fact that I have medical bills stacking up due to a bacterial infection that was caused by using a dirty jacuzzi tub. Do have medical record. So with that said, I've reported this hotel to the health department.

Terrible management by preeit, terrible management by the gm Connor. Nasty, crusty and stale old food in the breakfast room that also was limited to 2 different kinds of cereal, stale bagels and pastries, nasty really salty white gravy for the stale biscuits, waffle batter, and whole eggs in the fridge with no way to cook them. The room 222 was absolutely disgusting, crusty boogers on the sink, green crusty something or another on the floor, terribly smeared mirrors, old crusty food all in the microwave, full on hand prints on the headboard of the bed, pubic hair all over the toilet, shower and jacuzzi tub, crumbs all over the counter and microwave, floors were so dirty my feet were physically black even with socks on, the tvs kept going in and out saying it wasn't connected to a service, the hot tub has been out of order personally looked up older reviews and realized that the hot tub had been out of order for 8 months, so now on going of 9 months based off reviews after my stay. I own my own cleaning business and this hotel doesn't even meet my lowest standards of cleanliness. Definitely don't recommend this hotel and won't ever recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at the Baymont Hotel in Iron Mountain. I would say the best part was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Both Preti and Ruby went out of their way to help us by making sure we had everything we need at breakfast. They also kept checking on us. The rooms were newly renovated and clean. We slept well because it was real quiet. We would definitely stay there again!

Building as a whole was very warm since it was hot outside. Overall, it was fine.

Great value. A little short staffed in my opinion. One person doing too many things at once. Awesome attitude though. Didnt show that they were frazzeled. Although itbwas obvious.

I loved the location. Although the building is older, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it is close to Super One Foods and Walmart and was ideal for my stay during the week.

It was clean and the staff was friendly

No hot water in our room. The sink drained very very slowly. The mattress is se on a tin base the one bed must not have been set together correctly because when ever you sat on it or moved around on it the tin banged. The pillows are flat and hard. The hot tub was out of order.

Good price room was clean and comfortable
