Baymont by Wyndham Iron Mountain

Room was very clean but did not have carpeted floors…some kind of planked flooring and when you sat on bed a funny metal sound happened. Sheets were very nice and comfortable. Wish floor would have had carpet.

The host provided excellent communication before arriving and was very friendly and helpful after arriving.

The place smelled. It was runned down. The strange people walking around were a little concerning. It's not a good place to stay with a family.

Breakfast room was not kept clean, food on the floor, had no excess to water for oat meal

The room key only worked once then i had to go to front desk to get another key card. The room tv was not working it said check connection, in room phone was not working, so I text the check-in number which was the front desk. The night guy came to the room( very nice guy) and reset the tv, No hot water to take a shower

Fairly clean, some renovations and new towels. But still needss some TLC, Friendly staff.

Wasn't far from the airport

The staff members were very personable, kind and accomodating of any needs. They all were super friendly!

Very kind and understanding staff to our personal needs. Very polite, kind accommodating. Would HIGHLY recommend to ALL. I would stay again without question

It smells really bad they need to change the carpet over all this hotel needs to be replaced with a new hotel it is very old

It old and smells old I’m surprised there was no bed bugs to how the to how the room smells

Beds could be updated, not very comfortable
