"No hot water"

hot water did not work , the window was left open it was snowing out side when I spoke to the staff in the morning he said I told the staff not to put any one in that room , I have to think the gal at check in may have difficulty or decimation against men why after been told not to put any one in this room , And was billed full price for a faulty room

"We’re there for a funeral, it close to everything stores and restaurants."

Only thing it was cheap, “you get what you pay for .”

Floors were noisy, sheets were dingy not white. We could hear everything down the hallway.

Our room was clean.

The property needs major renovation. Ceilings falling down, carpet tears, floors so dirty I don’t think they can ever be cleaned.

The entire place was run down. The bed was awful. The breakfast was a joke.
