"Cheap, but clean."

This isn't the Ritz Carlton, it's more like a worn out Travelodge. It's cheap and in rough condition, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. The location is great - close to some great restaurants and bars, and close to ISU.

The room was okay except for a noisy AC unit. The room did smell old, and smelled. My wife wouldn’t stay in it because of the smell

Very run down and lots of deferred maintenance needed throughout the hotel. Carpets, paint, landscape, and bathrooms have mold and cracked caulk on every seam and place where it has been applied. Shabby repairs that were unpainted where towels racks were moved, Doors and door jams were in disrepair and barely closed securely. Beds were comfortable and clean. The TV worked as it should. Just an older run-down property doing the least possible to stay open.

"Clean comfortable rooms"

The rooms were really clean.

The outside and the halls were pretty run down, but overall the rooms were very clean, that is all we needed for that time.

"I would stay here again"

Had everything we needed for the night and breakfast was sufficient if the need arose. The Ac unit was kind of funky— but once I got it figured out—we slept well
