Arrived at 1030pm, the only person at the desk was a housekeeper, no one had prepared anything for her to complete the booking and I was denied the booking. They then charged my card as if I stayed anyways which is extremely poor on their part. 0/10, would never recommend such a ridiculous place.

If you place a booking and warn of your arrival time and they cannot complete your booking because there is no staff available to do so, you need to do better. This is appalling.
