The jacuzzi tun was nice

I did not like that the second day I returned my 2 two towels to the front desk and thr girl only gave my one towel and said "I dont know, there's no more towles" i was in a jacuzzi room there should have been extra towels and there were none to begin with!

smell bad this one should shut down. dirty. not fit for animals. everything is broken. bugs. smoke cigarettes and bad smell everywhere. homeless.

Rude people at front desk

Nothing at all I couldnt even stay the night bed was hard and they only had one thin blanket on bed. It wasnt warm in room when we walked in I had to turn on heater and the heater was old looking dusty and dirty.

I reserved a room with jacuzzi and the room had no towels i had to go to front lobby to grab some. They had none employee told me she gave me one medium and 2 small ones she said that's all they had and that they ran out of towels for the night.

I didn’t even stay and they wouldn’t refund me my money. I called on Thursday for reservation to be cancelled and they said they would just switch my rooms. They took $130 for nothing as I didn’t want to come back due to safety purposes and they didn’t want to accommodate me. Very dirty establishment.

I was given a room that wasn't properly made. Beds messed up and used, also a smoking room. Had to request another room that was non smoking and beds made. Bathroom was beat up. Door to room wouldn't close properly. Was woken up at 2am with men arguing below me, and tossing each other around. It was loud, and I was scared I'd get shot.

Nothing the place was nasty from the employees to the room the breakfast was horrible

There were burn holes all over the sheets there was no toilet paper or towels in the room had to go to Walmart and purchase a towel staff had an attitude like they didn't get paid this week
