Nulla, poiché una volta arrivati con prenotazione confermata da Booking e garantita da carta di credito, la ragazza alla reception ci ha comunicato che la camera non era più disponibile. Avevano cancellato a loro discrezione la prenotazione (senza nemmeno informare Booking perché a loro risultava tutto in regola) e ci proponeva una stanza al doppio del prezzo. Abbiamo rifiutato e alle 10 di sera, con il jet lag e una bimba di 6 anni ci siamo messi alla ricerca di un’altra struttura. Ovviamente in tutto questo Booking si è dimostrato sempre responsabile ed affidabile sostenendoci costantemente.

They cancelled our reservation without notice, and there was no room available when we arrived. The property itself was filthy.

Gave our room away.called before 3 hour ride said we was all set got no rooms showed her my confirmation number.that sad and sad part is when gave her my confirmation number she said my name so know she seen it .but there was a guy standing there said the gave his room up to one time .to there friend

How they give up my room had to go threw he'll with bank to get my money back

This place is TERRIBLE!! They overbook and give away your reservation without notifying you. The staff is very dismissive and rude!!!!
