Beautiful place. Room was relaxing.

Kids all over the place running thru hotel on the floors Screaming til really late.

We enjoy our stay there, the room was great, the staff was very helpful.

As a diamond member, this has to be one of the dirtiest hotels that I have stayed. The furniture was stained and there was hair on the bed that wasn’t ours. I’m not one that complains so I didn’t notify the staff, but this is something that should’ve been checked before I checked into the room. The carpets and furniture were disgusting. I wore a hoodie to bed and was afraid to shower and actually went to the gym which I’m a member to shower. Breakfast the first day was very good. The second day they ran out of bacon and were so overwhelmed because the management didn’t anticipate a tournament being in town. I would not recommend this hotel it is not clean. I can deal with the breakfast issue but cleanliness is very important. Do not stay if you value a clean hotel.

We stayed here for a sports tournament. My room felt damp and smelled awful. I ended up buying a candle at Target to try and help. Stains all over the pull out sofa, sheets on the bed had stains too. I couldn’t wait to leave. The happy hour is an extra bonus and the lobby is laid out nicely for families to socialize, but the staff was sneezing (openly) while setting up the snacks and making drinks. Breakfast first morning was great but 2nd morning (Monday) it’s like they had no idea how many guests were there. 40 min after ordering our eggs, we were told they ran out of the ingredients we had ordered so we just went and bought breakfast elsewhere.
