The shower was dirty, toilet was clogged when we checked in, water stopped working and we where woken at 5am with a fire alarm with no fire

I stay here every 3 weeks because my wife visits Moffitt Cancer center. Although they do have a very excellent staff. They are very limited in there dining When I come to a very nice hotel and spend the money I have to stay there…. I should not have to drive to a different restaurant to get a decent meal. Their booze selection at the bar sucks and they have very limited food selections. I will not stay here any more. For 100 bucks less a night I can stay at the Hyatt with a great restaurant right in the same parking lot
