They told us they were validating our parking ticket everyday when we’d leave. Only for them to put it on the bill once we checked out. Been home for 24hs and my card is still being charged and no room service or extras were added to our room. Called twice so far and keep getting transferred to a number that just rings. Third attempt calling, and now no one is picking up my call.

El ambiente, los restaurantes, la piscina, cordialidad del personal. Limpieza de las facilidades.

Que dejan basura en las puertas de las habitaciones demasiado tiempo. No fue mi caso pero lo vi en otros cuartos. El inodoro del cuarto 742 está suelto. No deberían cobrar el estacionamiento a los huéspedes.
