Front desk staffs are helpful. Location is good. Suite itself is comfy.

Hard time getting into bathtub, so high. Bedding sheet not quite comfy, so heavy & noisy when turning.

I checked in around 8:00 PM. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The room size was reasonable; however, the floor was noticeably dirty—after walking around, my socks became soiled. When I considered extending my stay, I called the front desk from my room to inquire about the process. Unfortunately, the staff member on duty was unable to provide any information. The only response I received to all my questions was, “I don’t know—you’ll need to call the hotel tomorrow morning,” which was quite disappointing. As a result, I decided not to extend my stay and checked out as scheduled.

stayed for one night. Very disappointed that check in is at 4 pm and the pool closed at 7 and you have to make an appointment. For this reason I was unable to use amenities I paid for. The spa closed at 8 pm again due to check in timing unable to use amenities. The fact that it was a Saturday night and amenities shut down so early is very disappointing. Cleanliness in room was satisfactory. The coffee station had coffee stains on sugar packets, no stir sticks and the creamer was sour. The shampoo, and creams were pretty much empty. The price is too high for the quality of service received. I probably would not return.
